I am purchase 2 license from LnS
I can not believe that this is so complicated ... I've never had a problem when I paid for something with paypal ...
before 3 or 4 hours I paid 2 LNS license after a successful transaction I received a request to submit any copies of personal documents ... which is strange to me ... ok ... after that I got the mail where they can download a firewall but the link does not work ... then i sent a mail that I can not download anything .... then they told me that I will in a few minutes to get a new mail with the license .... but here i am waiting and waiting for nothing i got nothing ... . thanks LNS |

what happens when you try to download from that link? what is the exact error or other message? maybe download direct from the site?

If you pay by credit card, the licence comes in right away.

Some VPN providers have brought in a rule that if u paypal them then you can wait until paypal pays up. Too many past dramas they say.
Maybe this applies here too. |

Use a credit card instead of PayPal. You will have your licence before you even close up your browser. Honest. That's how it went for me after a long chain of silly troubles.

Much better for LNS to maybe improve/change on sale merchant and or for you as suggested purchase via credit card after you receive the refund and assuming you still want the software

There might be another reason for this problem that you aren't considering yet, you have received the e-mail from Nexway, but you haven't received the e-mail from Frederic containing your license information. He might be experiencing a problem like I was with your e-mail service blacklisting a shared hosting service SMTP.

Just for clarity, you currently initiated for a refund?
What you can do right now, is use Frederic 'Priority Support' visit http://www.soft4ever.com/LooknStop/En/support2.htm and supply your current information, and in the question box give a brief description of your problem and provide the secondary e-mail address that you have. You do this, and I'll see if I can now reach him also.
