Updating clients

Windows server 2003;

ESET RAC 4.0.138.0
Server 4.0.138

Clients 3.0.695 or 3.0.864

Downloaded eavbe_nt32_enu.msi

Tried configuring the package and updating clients but fails everytime. Well say it fails, idk, But the version #'s never change.

Can someone actually give me some easy to follow instruction to make this happen? :-)

Upgrade only works from version 4.2 up. With 4.0 and earlier you need a new push install.

So, I have to uninstall and then Install new clients?
