Sandboxie creates a prophylactic shield around whatever is run inside it. Nothing gets out, nothing gets in. Sandboxie effectively can make any application into nothing more than "A picture on the screen" to the rest of the system. ID Protection has to be able to get in to the browser to see what is going on and protect it, but it can't when it's inside the Sandboxie shield.
