Default HIPS Default

I just was nosing around and being curious looked at my HIPS settings-is the default setting most effective? I have no special needs and do not want to compromise security. I use SS5 on a Win 7-64 bit system.

Hello,

Unless you have a specific need that requires you to change the HIPS settings, I would recommend leaving them at their defaults, as they provide a high level of protection suitable for most users of the software.

Regards,

Aryeh Goretsky
