Default BSOD 0x0000007e

I've recently installed Returnil System Safe 3.2.12918.5857-REL14.

Everything is working fine, except when I restart or shutdown my computer it displays a BDOD 0x000007e STOP ERROR.

My OS is Windows 7 64 bits.
Virtual Mode is turned on and working
Turned off the Returnil 'Real-Time' protection
Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 installed

Help needed to resolve this issue.

Thanks.

Hello Gertje and welcome to the forums

Please open a support ticket by sending a report to support (dash) tech (at) returnil (dot) com with the following logs:

The rvs3.log and rvs3.inst.log files in the following folder:

"C:\ProgramData\Returnil\RVS3\log"

* MSINFO32 report: Click START > RUN or search box depending on version of Windows > Type MSINFO32. On the System Information screen click FILE > Export and then save the file where you can find it to attach to your reply.

* C\Windows\MINIDUMP: Please locate any files with the same date and time as the blue screen incident(s) and attach them to your e-mail.

For best results, simply put all the logs into a ZIP or RAR archive and then attach to the e-mail to support.

Mike
