Mandos

I'm attempting to set up mandos in VirtualBox. I'll be using headless VMs with full-disk encryption (encrypted LVM or dm-crypt with LUKS) and SSH logins, and want failsafe rebooting as long as the host is up.

And I am stuck. Are there any mandos veterans out there who'd be willing to hold my hand? Or is there a good forum for mandos? I found one post about mandos to the Ubuntu support forum, and it's been ignored since last year.
