Default Malware report

I reported this malware to samples@eset.com on March 25
ESET NOD32 Antivirus dose not detect below malware on March 27?
How long usually take to update?

AnCamera.EXE ~Link removed per Policy.~

One more thing
When I report malwares I never have heard back from them unlike false positive report (most time I got responses from ESET team)
Is it policy?

We don't have the mentioned file AnCamera in any ticket. Maybe the email was intercepted on your mail server due to a suspicious attachment.

After analyzing the file, it turned out that it's clean. It's FP of the other scanners.
