    The Chrome releases blog link is very helpful.
    I subscribed to the email notification.
    I update Chrome outside of Sandboxie, and I like to be as current as possible.

    Yes, I started doing that, but the draining effects of the 1% usefulness factor began to kick in.
    This looks like a good blog as well, but without email notifications, so I guess it's a matter of checking in every day.
