Default Paragon Partition Manager won't mount Linux ext3 bootable partition

The title says it. Is this normal/expected behaviour?
I'm trying to mount/browse Linux ext3 partitions from
within WinXP (NTFS) using Paragon Partition Manager
(Paragon Mount Everything). As long as the linux
partition is not bootable there is no problem, but if
it is then no files are listed.

Is there any way to overcome this limitation?

Thanks for your help.
