Default Prey Silent but deadly

has anyone tried it

Prey Silent but deadly

anti theft for pc and android phone

Prey lets you keep track of your phone or laptop at all times, and will help you find it if it ever gets lost or stolen. It's lightweight, open source software, and free for anyone to use. And it just works.

It’s official: Prey is now on Ubuntu and Debian

Good news Ubuntu users! If you already upgraded to Ubuntu Natty Narwhal (11.04) then you’ll be able to install Prey directly from Ubuntu’s official package repositories

Good software. Worth to be installed.
Anyway, anyone with admin rights could uninstall it... The bandit only need some Windows skills to do it. It's quite simple...
