Someone help me

My computer was recently infected with one of the "CoolWebSearch" variant.
I've ran Ad-aware & CWShredder multiple times, but this pest keeps coming back after relaunch of Internet Explorer. It shows up as my default start page on IE and shows up as "about:blank". I've changed the default start page, but it keeps coming back upon relaunch of IE. There is also a pop up ad "ALERT" spyware detected on your computer...find out how to remove spyware <----link (with a yellow background)

Before you start, please unzip hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These easily get lost in a Temp folder.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:
