I have had to reformat my windows ME, While i was reinstalling my software i left off avg and zone alarm till last as they can conflict with installs. When i ran avg6 again for the first time which is a registered product it told me i had a virus...C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\BDLB4012.0...trojan horse C ....still infected....
I followed the healing proccess but it's still there,it won't go...please help |

Turn off system restore by following instructions here
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...01111912274039 for Xp or here http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...01012513122239 for ME That will purge the restore folder and clear any malware that has been put in there. Then reboot & then re-enable sytem restore & create a new restore point.
