Default Detected covert channel exploit in ICMP packet

Every few seconds I'm getting the following warning, even after a reboot with no browser, email or IM prog running.

http://www.liquidguru.com/submit/esetprob.jpg

The .101 is my local ip address. What does it mean? Is there a computer on my netwrok that is infected? Can I turn off the warning as it is rather annoying.

Thanks

thanks for the reply.

I think I've solved it. The IP address of the other computer was another laptop that was in my Trusted zone group before I installed the 5.0 RC. I clicked 'Allow Sharing' for my Trusted Zone and that fixed the problems.

5.0 RC didn't read that config from my earlier version.
