Default Any IE9 speedup Tips?

I find IE9 can be somewhat (correction) extremely slow sometimes at loading a page even after disabling Add Ons, so what can speed this thing up? I reverted back to 8 as I was waiting sometimes 40 seconds or more to navigate to the page I wanted

Did you try to troubleshoot beyond disabling add-ons? IE9 is not consistently slow so something is wrong in your case.

I can assure you that IE9 is MUCH faster than IE8, so I guess something went wrong while installing it...

Try running the actual "Internet Explorer (No addons)" browser from within the accessories > System Tools menu and see if that makes a difference.
