Default Trusteer Rapport Vs SafeOnline

I had Trusteer Rapport on my system for a while and then uninstalled it, however SafeOnline is still detecting it when I navigate to my bank site in IE9 and changing the protection level. Any suggestions for resolving this?

Can you please do a system scan by clicking "Scan Now" on the front screen of Prevx 3.0 and then save the scan log by clicking on Tools - Save Scan Results. Then, please send the scan log by e-mail at report@prevxresearch.com with the link to this thread to help you further!

TIA,

TH

Could you try uninstalling/reinstalling SafeOnline to see if that clears down the cache of knowing what is installed? If not, you may need to contact Trusteer as it is likely that the uninstallation didn't work properly.

Please let us know your results!

Did you try using the Rapport SafeUninstall Utility to remove all traces? You can get it here: http://www.trusteer.com/book/uninsta...nstall-utility

I used the "removal tool" and it took care of the problem. Thanks to everyone who responded.

I'm glad you got it sorted and thanks pegr to pointing to the Rapport SafeUninstall Utility Tool!
