I have successfully installed ERAS / ERAC on an internal server.
All of my internal PC are correctly hooked to ERAS / ERAC and they receive the updates as soon as they appear on the mirror. My problem is with 2 external PC's... They work perfectly, but I don't see them within my ERAC. The ERAC server address is OK within those 2 clients, and the port 2222 is opened. What I am missing here? |

Nothing :-) That should be working correctly - we have a similar setup.
Do you have a FQDN specified in your clients, the port is open on the server's firewall and on your external router etc. Jim |

Hi Jim,
I'm not a network specialist, but with my previous version of NOD32 and RA (v3), those 2 clients reported perfectly to the server. Port 2222 is opened on my firewall and redirect to my ERAS / ERAC server. Is there a way to test, on my remote machines, if the I can reach the port? What do you mean by FQDN? Mike |
