Prevx 3.0 not installing

When attempting to install Prevx using the file "prevxcsifree.exe" I am able to choose the 64 bit option and English as a language but after that when the file attempts to download something the program seems to just quit without doing anything. It downloads a 169kb file then a 2kb file then closes itself. Is there another installer which offers more in the way of notification? Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit EDIT: It seemed to install after I used the installer for Safe Online - http://info.prevx.com/downloadsafeonline.asp
