What Free Firewalls allow to block certain processes?

I just installed ZoneAlarm and was very disappointed to see that I cannot block certain processes and that it only shows running "Programs" and not "Processes".

What are all the FREE Firewalls that allow the user to see all the processes running and have ability to block certain processes from accessing the internet?

If I recall correctly, OA and COMODO do it...any others?

Or are OA and COMODO the only free Firewalls that display all running processes and give ability to block them?
