Problem with REVOPE.C

I've got a revop.c trojen horse that I want rid of. I've got AVG and it's now constantly poping up that I have it. I ran spybot, but only 3 pieces were found: Double click, CoreMetrics, and Avenue A Inc. I don't understand the Hijackthis log, but here it is
