Default Startup Scanner alert

Hello,

I am using ESET Smart Security 4.2.71 which I think is the latest version. Sometimes I receive an alert from Startup Scanner about a .dll which I know is not a virus. The message is

"probably a variant of SC.A.gen virus"

I would like to exclude this dll from all folders in all ESET clients.
I tried to exclude the file using Remote Administrator policy manager from ESET Kernel -> Exclusions setting but with no success.
Is there any way to exclude this dll file from all ESET clients using ESET Remote Administrator without touching the clients?

Please submit the dll in an archive protected with the password "infected" and something like "Probable FP" to samples[at]eset.com. If you know what application the file belongs to, enclose this information, too.

Thanks for the answer.
I will send the dll for analysis but I would also like to know if there is a method to create the exclusion globally using ESET Remote Administrator policy manager.
