A 1GB download :argh: ... sandboxie should be good enough. For my SL6:

    sandbox -X -t sandbox_web_t firefox https://www.wilderssecurity.com

Or better yet, just run: firefox.
    It's so liberating :)

Nothing new, but is this program available in English?

Ocky, I'm not sure that I understand. Are you running Sandboxie in Linux (presumably via Wine)?

Sorry tlu, that was for the benefit of any Windows users that may stumble across this thread.
    I don't use Wine.

BTW. Please tell us what distro is now your main working distro that you are happy with. I remember you switched from Ubuntu to SusE and back again.

    I see ;)

Right. I'm now using Natty with Gnome since I'm not really happy with Unity. But since that alternative might no longer be available in future Ubuntu versions I'm considering going back to Kubuntu. I had used it before but became very frustrated because of those many problems regarding Akonadiserver when they switched to KDE 4.5 (?). As it seems that KDE 4.6.x is now running very well I might go back to it. As a matter of fact I'm installing it at the moment in a Virtualbox VM in order to test it with LVM and encryption which I had never tried before. I'm following this excellent guide (which is similar to this guide for those who understand German ;) ).

I'm guessing it is, because Firefox is multilingual. Please correct if wrong.

@Ocky: What do you use for sandboxing? Is it better than AppArmor?
