I can't confirm this, but based on the file size I don't think this comes with the WinPE boot disc option. I think the paid version I have was a 200mb+ file, but I don't rememeber. Maybe someone else has tried it?

This version only comes with a Linux boot-cd option,the PE recovery is in the more expensive offerings.I managed to get a BartPE plugin functioning for version 1,so this might be an option.
