Hi,
Just upgraded it, no need to uninstall the previous version. Working like a charm, really like the nice gui.

Thanks,
Ziaul

Thank you!

I do not know if it's new to someone, but if you want Norton in another language is just change the "US" link for your country, for example BR (Brazil).

Here it worked!

And the same as the HP OEM NIS installer that was "leaked" (or whatever). Still it's best having the official installer. One thing I noticed about the HP OEM installer was boot time protection was OFF by default, and Smart Definitions was turned ON. I suggest people check and confirm that boot time protection is ON (Normal or Aggressive). Regarding Smart Definitions I prefer to turn this off so the app will download the full signature database.

NIS 2012 scored well in the Pcmag.com review - can't say I'm surprised since it builds on 2011, which was already a very strong product.

Correction: The HP OEM installer is actually 19.0.0.128, however as soon as you run LiveUpdate you get the latest version and after reboot it's 19.1.0.28 - no reason to bother with this anymore, but FYI.

Yes, and I think this continues to be the best AV product(paid or free) our there.
