AMD Releases 6570, 6670 Sub-$100 Video Cards

The Radeon HD 6570 and Radeon HD 6670 cards are priced at $79 and $99 respectively, and offer the usual slate of features. These include support for Microsoft's DirectX 11 (DX11) API, which offers a number of new technologies for improving 3D video quality; Eyefinity, for enhanced handling of multiple monitors (the 6570 can drive up to three monitors, the 6670 as many as four); AMD APP, which uses the GPU to accelerate other areas of processing performance; and HD3D, for playing and watching stereoscopic 3D games and other content.
