Smart Security Key works on NOD32

My old key just ran out and so I bought Smart Security. WTF it works for NOD32 aswell?

Also should I just keep nod32 because I do so much gaming I dont want to have to deal with a firewall giving me problems. I dont torrent or really download anything at all... so do I need the firewall?
