Windows Security Essentials & Nod 32

I was going to download and install Windows Security Essentials on my Win 7 32 bit Home Premium PC. Can someone tell me if this program would be compatible with Nod 32.

The standard reply to MSE users when wanting to run with another AV Program:

You should *never* run more than one antivirus product that provides real time protection as they will conflict, causing performance issues, system instability, and may even cause protection to be compromised.
MSE should not be installed on a system that includes any other antivirus program.
