I installed Eset 5 for mobile (Android). My battery died and on recharge and booted up I'm prompted for a password (Unlock Code).
I cannot use my phone. I never set a password. How can I get access to my phone again and why does it ask for a password when one was not set to begin with. Note: This is not the username and password. It's like a phone unlock password. M |

You will have to do what I did since I forgot my password, you would think as I stated in my post that Eset would have a encoded password in cases like yours and mine, but NO, no help they tell me because this is Beta... I had to google and find a way to get into my phone by use of debugging, it is the only way I know unless Eset gives you a password to override your lost password
