Default Odd Wireless Connectivity Issue

Hello all

Short version:

When XP is booted, the wireless NIC will not connect to the router unless the user logs out and then back in - all is well after that.

Anyone seen this before?

Thanks in advance

Default Re: Odd Wireless Connectivity Issue

Actually, I should correct that.

The NIC will connect to the router but will only get a 169 until the user (admin) logs out and in again; then it'll get a 192 and he's good to go.

Bizarre? Or am I missing something?

I've reset both winsock and tcp/ip.

Thanks.
