Default problem with avg vault

A friend has two files that got put in the virus vault and she can't delete them. One is
FVprtotect.exe

and the other is

userconfig99x.dll

These aren't the viruses, right? Why can't she delete them. I did a google and altavista search for both and found nothing. Anybody here heard of them?

Default Re: problem with avg vault

The .exe looks like Netsky P, as does the .dll. Probably running in memory, and can *probably* be removed by AVG with a Safe Mode Scan.

At any rate, they *are* safe to delete, if you can manage it.

Good luck!
