Uninstalling ESET Smart Security Problem

Hi I am trying to remove ESET Smart Security and whenever I try Uninstalling I get the message:

"Another application has exclusive access to the file C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Smart Security\Logs\epfwlog.dat Please shut down all other applications, then click Retry."

Anyone know how I can fix this? I tryed removing in Safe Mode but the in Add/Remove programmes all I could do was hit 'Change' and that doesn't seem to work in Safe mode.
