Default Cannot Access Paid For D/L or Support?

I recently did a fresh install of Win7 64-bit Ultimate w/SP1 and now that I am ready to install the paid for version of NOD32 A/V, and what do you know...I cannot access any d/l's on the Eset main site or the .eu mirror (using my paid for userid/pw license credentials) --> since I am looking for ONLY! the 64-bit version that is apparently only available at the .eu site and not at the main site. I even tried to d/l the 32-bit version as a test and my license credentials were still rejected...

Then I tried to use the contact page to get ahold of support with this problem using the latest IE 9 RC and none of the drop down menu's work so that I can't use that interface...

Needless to say I am pis... as I am ready to install and "up a creek without any paddles to get to shore?"

Marcos? anybody?

And...my paid for userid/pw worked! So I could d/l and later install.
