Default NOD32 Web protection
After installing Windows 7 /64 service pack 1 web protection and email scan goes off and become unavailable to activate. Can you please advise?

Did you try to uninstall and reinstall it again?

Try uninstalling ESS, running "netsh int tcp reset" and installing the latest version of ESS from scratch.

Re-set your TCP/IP stack via this MS KB article Use the Fix-It for me Wizard at the middle of the link.

You may also visit Microsoft's Answers Forums for additional assistance post your Windows 7 SP1 installation as it may be related.
