Default Drive Copy 10

I purchased Drive Copy 10 because of it's support for USB drives, however, I cannot get it to initiate a raw copy from my primary drive to a USB drive.
Upon reboot it wants to write exception data to a floppy.
My primary drive is WD 160Gb.
My target drive is WD 160Gb in a USB docking station.
Drive Copy 10 identifies the target drive correctly.
Computer BIOS identifies the target drive correctly during post.

Any help is appreciated !

Default Re: Drive Copy 10

It appears that Windows native blue screen mode fails to perform RAW copy to USB correctly.

Please try to use WinPE or Linux-based Recovery CD for Copy.

1. Burn Recovery CD (via Recovery Media builder - for Linux-based or via separate self-burning *.exe file for WinPE-based).

2. Boot from Recovery CD and start Copy HDD as usually.

The operation should work correctly.
