Default XNeat Windows Manager, is it safe to use?

Cnet.com says that it is "tested spyware free"
http://download.cnet.com/XNeat-Windo...html?tag=mncol

I uploaded to both:
http://virusscan.jotti.org/en (3 out of 19 programs reported malware)
http://www.virustotal.com/ (2 out of 41 programs reported malware)

I think these are just false positives, but can anyone confirm that this software is trustworthy and safe to use?
