HDM 2010 Pro on dual boot machine?

I have purchased HDM 2010 Pro in order to migrate an existing XP install to a new PC which I intend to build. My machine will eventually be used to dual boot Win7, as well. My question is whether or not I will be able to use my license to install HDM 2010 Pro on both operating systems on the same machine.

Yes, you can install on both systems as 2 installations will never run at the same time.
