SpywareBlaster in Safe Mode

Was doing a little troubleshooting on friend's computer today while logged in Safe Mode using Windows XP Home and SpywareBlaster 4.4.
Accomplished what I set out to do and while I was in Safe Mode decided to go ahead and run SpywareBlaster. The status indicators revealed over 7,000 "Items have protection disabled"!!!
Tried to Enable All Items usual way, but get a Customize the Block List" window which I have never seen.
Do not see anyway to select all items. Like a Select All or Control Click method.
Two questions. Is this normal for running Spyware Blaster in Safe Mode?
And, is there anyway I can Enable All or Select All in this window.
Really do not want to click thru over 7,000 items.

Ok, all is well. Just needed to reboot normal. Then rebooted in Safe Mode again and checked SpywareBlaster and all is normal. Guess it was just some sort of glitch.
