Default hijacked big time

MY IE has been hijacked by something and I can't find it or ever get it off my machine. It is resetting my home page to about:blank. Doesn't even have a url and hijacks it when I am offline. Only clue is the title of the web page on top of the browser is Search123*Fast search the web. Can anyone help me with this? I have run spyware adware and hijack this. nothing has helped this is not the typical hijack program
