Today is my first day with ESET.. I was wondering if this forum has tutorial or can guide me as to where I can see examples of good secure system settings including the 'rules feature' with examples if possible. may be asking too much but I live in hope..

In the system tray, right click on the ESET icon, then click on "open Window",
then click on "Open Help" and you will see lots and lots of help.

Hope that helps.

ESS already comes preconfigured out of the box to best to fit most Home/office scenarios. In any area of the software gui, you can press F1 to access the help file. This will give a brief explanation for each area.
