Default Simple question - Image vs system boot sectors

Hi ! One simple question because I'm not 100% sure. I got image of my system partition (:C) saved on :E partition, and if I now install some programs that make preboot sectors like Comodo time machine, Acronis (secure zone)...is there going to be all clean of that boot stuff after I restore my image from E partition ?

Yes. all pre-boot messages should be removed because the last operation after restore is Update MBR.
