hi huys im new in this, do you recomend that i installed colasoft network analyzer in my work Computer, what are the advantages and disadvantages that have this software

What is your role in that business? That should determine if you have a need for a network analyser or if indeed you are allowed to install/use it

Disadvantages? Cudni is right. Only thing that matters is whether you have the right to sniff in your network.
