Hi, I have been trialing Eset Smart Security for a while now. I am an old V2-start of V3 customer. I decided to see how the new version would run on my system with the chance I would come back as a customer. Overall, I like it. So, I went for a license. I get this screen when doing a Verify License Validity. Support said that it takes time for it to process through their system. I think this error should be re-worded if this is the case.
How about adding a statement that if you just recently purchased, it will take 12-24 hours for your servers to update. Instead, I spent an hour trying to figure it out. It took FOUR techs through emails to learn that your servers need to update.
