Firewall Module 1062 IDS Changes

    The new firewall module has added to new options to IDS:

    Verification of incoming TCP and UDP packets (checksum validation)
    Verification of outgoing TCP and UDP packets (checksum validation)

    Mine are unticked by default but I would like to know what happens when they are ticked.

    The setting enables/disables integrity checking of transmitted packets based on CRC. This can be useful if packet validation is disabled in the NIC configuration.
