Sophos debuts first freebie anti-virus scanner for Macs

    But iAntivirus is not being developed anymore what it seems.
    And many users have reported a bug wich makes the CPU go crazy, and this bug still haven't been fixed even after 1 ½ years:thumbd:

    iAntivirus is DOA. Sophos is a good choice for a tier 2 Mac antivirus. Not as good as Intego, but Sophos has had a Mac antivirus for years and it is a seasoned program.

    Installed on the family imac last night. Didn't notice any impact on performance and full scan went pretty quick. Of course it didn't find anything. But I didn't expect it to.
