Default Windows 7 Inside Ubuntu, Possible?

hey everybody,

I really want to shift to using Linux as my primary operating system But I still cannot lose some of the software that work under windows (MSN messenger in particular)

I wasn't comfortable using other MSN clients like amsn and the other as they don't support my language properly.

and I've read that MSN messenger will not work properly with Wine

so I was wondering if it possible to run MSN messenger through a virtual windows inside Linux? and if thats possible, how reliable it will be?

sorry for my english
