Virus Guard

Is it possible to completely disable the Virus Guard?
I have it turned off, however I keep getting warnings that new files or programs are being added.

This is a known issue and is being investigated:

All that is happening is that the Cloud protection feature is checking the server for AI policy updates and not for a complete signature update here.
