What software do you recommend for making bootable Live USB Flash Drives? I ran across UNetbootin, but have not yet given it a try. I may want to add some Linux distros to a USB Flash Drive from Windows XP Pro.

I can vouch for UNetbootin, I've used it multiple times without issues.

Try the following utilities:
Novicorp WinToFlash WinPEToUSB WinSetupFromUSB Flashboot A Bootable USB UNetbootin (Check it and you will need nothing else).
