undefinedundefinedHI,
I'm getting DSL and have been reading the information on firewalls. Another forum said that Sygate is better with win98se than Zone Alarm is. Yet Zone Alarm seems better for a newbie like me. (Newbie to firewalls and security settings.) Just want to get it right! Thanks, taperino

In my opinion, Sygate is better than ZA on any operating system. I never tested that though.
Anyway, if Zone Alarm works for you, stick with it. A firewall isn't very secure if you can't configure it. If you're a newbie, maybe you would be better of with something simple and safe. |

Hi,
Thank you. I did get Zone Alarm. Wish I understood it a bit. Guess that will come with time and reading. For now, it's all a boggle. Taperino
