Probably a FP if you have Windows Security Center disabled or perhaps set to not notify. I'm seeing the same thing on my machine but I have Security Center disabled. Some malware will disable the notifications and this is why SAS detects these registry keys. If your sure your machine is clean and/or you disabled the notifications yourself then follow the instructions in the last post of the thread I linked to so you won't see the detection again.
