Default Likely FP when downloading game demo from Steam

When downloading Kane and Lynch 2 demo from Steam
http://store.steampowered.com/app/28000/

NOD32 gives alert for kl2.exe.temp and kl2.exe files in games folder.


2010.07.31 03:23:04 Real-time file system protection file C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\kane & lynch 2 - dog days demo\kl2.exe.temp probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus Namai-PC\Namai Event occurred on a file modified by the application: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe.
