Default Cisco VPN setup

Is anyone here good at setup of a VPN on a Cisco Router?

im looking to setup a VPN tunnal for my home desktop for remote access and be able to connect anywhere on the internet from any computer.

what i have is a Cisco VPN RVS4000 router, a belkin that set to access point and a DSL modem thats DHCP, but im using a dynDNS.org to be able to connect remotey but not sure how to configure the VPN IPsec part.

if anyone can help that be great Thank you
